In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid-June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $150 will be added to any rental less than one week.

This cozy cottage, just a few minutes up the from Sandpiper Beach is a wonderful place to connect with nature. L'Oasis is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage situated on a secluded 1/2 acre with lots of lush private garden space. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and a set of single bunk beds in the other bedroom. The cabin can accommodate a fifth person in the loft by using a blow up air mattress.The property and home are very suitable for children with lots of toys and books for ages four to ten.

There is a ladder up to the loft so that space is not suitable for small children.

The home has several skylights and large windows to let in the sunshine. There is a BBQ, fire pit and a propane fire pit. In the summer the property is filled with berries.

This property does have internet, does not permit any pets, and is nonsmoking.

In line with the water conservation efforts on the island, you are required to bring your own sheets, towels, and dishcloths.

Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at time of booking.
