In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid-June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the any rental for less than one week. Shoulder season rate is 25% off the summer rate and is prorated for the length of stay.

This home currently does not have internet. The owner has applied to have the fiber optic internet installed but at this time cannot guarantee that it will be installed by the summer of 2024.

The home is located not far from Galleon Beach/Grassy Point with waterfront access close by. The Grassy Point area is a very quiet part of Hornby Island, yet centrally located. This makes it very easy to get to other parts of Hornby to enjoy the beaches, the mountain trails, the Co-op and Ringside market, the outdoor market and many of the artisan studios.

Blue Door has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and Texada Island.

This lovely home comes with:

• Bedroom with King bed and Jack and Jill bathroom
• Bedroom with King bed on second level with ensuite bathroom
• Third bedroom with single bunk beds and a trundle
• Full kitchen

• Drinking water and cooler (15 litre)
• 2 bathrooms. One has a tub and the other has a shower

• The water supplied by well pumping into cistern
