This home currently does not have internet. The owner has applied to have the fiber optic internet installed but at this time cannot guarantee that it will be installed by the summer of 2024.

This modern waterfront home has ocean views of the Georgia Strait and Coastal Mountains, from every room. The multi level decks and patio are well furnished to provide amazing ocean views. The property slopes gently down onto a pebble beach that is ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing.

A modern kitchen is equipped with a wall oven, propane stove top, large stainless steel fridge, microwave, dishwasher and bar fridge. The kitchen opens out onto a large vaulted dining room and living room. The dining table comfortably seats six people.

The outside deck area comes with a very large outdoor patio table, modern BBQ, loungers and many Adirondack chairs.
