During the summer season, this is a weekly rental only with the check in and check out date on a Saturday. In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid-June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to any rental less than one week.

The house is ideally suited for a large family or for a group of friends. All the rooms are independent, eclectic and tastefully decorated with oriental carpets and original art and crafts from around the world. All have direct and independent access to the outside and unencumbered views of the water and mountains. You will be enjoy extraordinary sunrises, sunsets and occasional moonrises from the comfort of a home.

Wall to wall glass doors open directly from the elegant living room onto the spacious cedar deck where you can enjoy the magnificent view from comfortable chaise lounges, additional built-in cedar seating, tables, chairs, and gas BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric coffee maker, a Cuisinart, and a full range of cooking utensils. We also provide a complete set of cooking pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, serving platters, and more.

Gather your family and friends around the outdoor or indoor table for a memorable meal prepared to your satisfaction in our well-equipped kitchen.

We provide all the bedding, pillows and towels that you need at the house. The house is fully furnished and equipped with your absolute comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Parlor games, a stereo with iPod dock, and DVD and VHS players with a wide selection of movies to watch are provided for everyone’s enjoyment and fun.

Wireless Internet service is available free of charge for our guests.

The 3 bedrooms are spacious, with new and very comfortable beds covered in fine tasteful linens. Each bedroom has its own private bathtub and shower.
